Everything You Need to Know
Everything on the Free card, for as long as you like: unlimited presentations, the core editor, equations, charts and tables, basic circuits and scientific objects, presentation mode, PDF export and PowerPoint import. No card and no trial clock. Your decks stay yours.
The full toolset: equations that bind to values and recompute, circuits drawn and solved on the slide, charts bound to tables or equations, molecules with SMILES in and out, scientific diagrams, data tables, Python code cells that run in the deck, and interactive objects your audience can move. PowerPoint import and export are on every plan; Beamer is on the roadmap. Plans differ in how far each goes, in sharing, branding, collaboration and administration.
Students, researchers and educators at a recognised institution. Verification runs on your institutional email and opens in Settings; until you are verified, the Academic price cannot be bought, and Pro is the same toolset without the discount.
While the beta lasts, Academic is $29 a year and Pro is $89 a year. That price is protected for your first three years as long as your subscription stays active. When the offer closes, new subscribers pay the regular price; founders keep theirs.
Any time, from Plans and billing in the app. A cancellation keeps your plan until the period ends, then returns you to Free with your decks intact. Changing between monthly and annual, or between plans, goes through Manage billing.
Payments are non-refundable except where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw: consumers in the EEA, the UK and other countries with such a right can cancel within 14 days of a first payment and receive the refund the law provides. A charge made by mistake is always refunded. Cancelling otherwise keeps your plan to the end of the paid period without a further charge. Refunds are handled by Paddle through the link in your receipt; the details are in our Terms of Service.
Prices are in US dollars. Paddle, our merchant of record, handles the tax for your country at checkout and issues the invoice: where your country expects tax-inclusive prices, the price shown includes it; elsewhere tax is added on top. Where Paddle supports a local currency, the checkout shows it.
Teams is priced per member: $15 a month billed annually, or $18 billed monthly, with no minimum during the beta. Add or remove members whenever you like; the next invoice follows the count.
Campus licensing for departments or the whole institution, single sign-on and SCIM, LMS integrations, central administration, institutional templates and help migrating a Beamer library. Pilots and negotiated terms: talk to us or write to hello@quodra.app.
Yes. Every plan imports a .pptx and exports one back; Free exports carry Quodra branding, Academic and above do not. Beamer import and export are on the roadmap, with no date until they ship.
