Keyboard shortcuts
Every shortcut in the editor, the studios, and while presenting, in one place.
Quodra never takes a key the browser or the operating system already owns. Where a design asked for one that does, Quodra picked a different letter rather than break something you rely on — and nothing here advertises a key that does nothing. Press ⌘/ in the editor for the same list on screen.
Insert tools#
Click a tool once, or press its key, to add that object.
| Object | Key | Object | Key |
|---|---|---|---|
| Move / select | V | Simulation | S |
| Text | T | Chart | W |
| Heading | H | Table | ⌘B |
| Rectangle | R | Circuit | ⌘U |
| Circle | O | Matter Lab (crystal) | Y |
| Line | L | Image | M |
| Equation | E | Comment | K |
| Code | C | Parameter | P |
The design's ⌘T (Table) and ⌘C (Circuit) would collide with the browser's new-tab and copy, so Quodra uses ⌘B and ⌘U instead. Everything else is a plain letter. Tool keys are ignored while you are typing, and ⇧-letter is left alone entirely — it is how people capitalise.

Equations, while editing#
| Action | Keys |
|---|---|
| Move between visual parts | Tab · ⇧Tab |
| Finish, or move to the next matrix row | Enter |
| Finish from within a structure | ⌘Enter |
| New line in Linear/LaTeX source | ⇧Enter |
| Close a menu, expand visual selection, then leave editing | Esc |
| Undo · redo | ⌘Z · ⇧⌘Z |
Use Ctrl in place of ⌘ on Windows/Linux. At an empty visual slot, / opens the structure menu; after an operand it remains division input. Equations covers mode restrictions and unfinished drafts.
In Structures search, ↑ / ↓ chooses a result and Enter inserts it. Esc returns from matrix settings to Structures; press it again to close Structures. In Templates search, ↓ focuses the first result; Enter chooses the focused template. Esc closes Templates and returns to the equation.
Viewport#

| Zoom in / out | ⌘+ / ⌘− · pinch · ⌃-wheel (zooms at the pointer) |
| Zoom back to 100% | ⌘0 |
| Pan the canvas | hold Space and drag · middle-drag |
Circuit Studio#
| Action | Keys |
|---|---|
| Arm a part | 1–9 — resistor, capacitor, inductor, DC source, AC source, ground, switch, diode, op-amp |
| Select tool · wire tool | V · W |

| Delete the selection | ⌫ |
| Move the selection | arrows, ⇧ + arrow for four grid units |
| Back out | Esc — cancels a wire, then returns to the select tool, then clears the selection |
With the canvas focused and nothing selected, the arrows walk a keyboard cursor across the sheet and ⏎ acts where it stands — placing the armed part, or selecting whatever is under it. Hold Space to pan.
Molecule Studio#

|---|---|
| Atom tool | C N O P S |
| Bond tool · benzene ring | B · 6 |

| Black screen | B |
| Notes & up-next | N |
| Undo · redo ink | ⌘Z · ⇧⌘Z (or ⌃Y) |
| Back out one layer | Esc — ink panel, then the pen, then the talk |
The clean audience window you share into a call takes its own keys, so you can drive it directly if you need to: → ↓ Space PageDown advance, ← ↑ PageUp go back, Home and End jump to the ends, B blacks it, Esc closes it.
On Windows and Linux, read ⌘ as Ctrl.
